Cemetery Guidelines
Our cemetery here at the Church of Saint Francis is holy ground.
So many of our brother and sister parishioners, families and friends find their final resting place here in this sacred space on this beautiful hillside.
The cemetery is a place of meditation and prayer. The Archdiocese of Philadelphia has provided us with guidelines to help maintain that spirit of honor, reverence and meditation.
Let’s all observe the guidelines as we honor the memories of our loved ones.

Cemetery GuidelinesThe individual independent hiring of outside vendors to decorate or otherwise maintain gravesites is not permitted due to several factors. If you have a question about this, please contact Msgr. Bransfield at 610-497-3340.
Philadelphia Catholic Cemeteries Rules & RegulationsPlants, Flowers & Wreaths
Individual plantings of shrubs, trees, flowers, etc. on cemetery grounds is
prohibited. Decorations, such as glass containers, glass vases, votive lights and candles, etc. are also prohibited and subject to immediate removal from cemetery grounds.
